Woman in Red

(Click the image to enlarge)

This painting is largely red, with lines of black, white and green breaking up the composition, with some fields of white, yellow and blue. The circle in the upper left is the closest thing to an image in most of the paintings in this series, as it has the vague resemblance to a woman’s face. Otherwise, there is no imagery, but is essentially an arrangement of geometrical shapes.
